I’m Victoria Collier—Vic, Tori, or Doodlebear—from Virginia, now in Florida since 2021. I love people, my animals, music, and drawing. I’ve wanted to be a tattoo artist since 14 and found my mentor here after several apprenticeships. Overcoming self-harm drives me to help others through my art.
