Jacci Gresham is America’s first black person to own a licensed shop in the country and definitely the first woman of color to own a tattoo shop in America. She has been in New Orleans since the 70s and is currently semi retired, and tattooing at select conventions. she has a best selling children’s book out and you can meet her and buy the book any of the convention.
