Jacci Gresham is America’s first black person to own a licensed shop in the country and definitely the first woman of color to own a tattoo shop in America. She has been in New Orleans since the 70s and is currently semi retired, and tattooing at select conventions. She has a best selling children’s book out and you can meet her and buy the book any of the conventions she attends come on out and meet this wonderful grand Dame of Tattoo.
