RESERVATION METHODS 
Listed below are the available reservation methods. 

  • Call the hotel direct at (615) 265-0355.  Ask for reservations and provide the agent with the arrival date and group name-ATTENDEE Villain Arts Tattoo Arts Festival
  • Use this link and enter the arrival and departure dates to begin the reservation process. 
  • Navigate here and enter your arrival date and departure date, click on “More Options” and then click on “Add special rate codes.”  In the “Group code” field, enter your group code, which is VIL.  The group information will pull up and you will continue the reservation process. The contracted room type is Run of House which means that the room type available at the time the reservation is made will be based on the hotel’s availability. 
CUTOFF DATE 
The cutoff date is Friday July 10th, 2026.  Reservations must be made prior to the cutoff date and/or before the block is full, whichever comes first, in order to guarantee availability of the room block and discounted group rate that was contracted.  Reservations made after the cutoff date will be accommodated based on availability at the best available rate.

The show is in  buildings 2 & 3.

Convention Center Website 

The property of the State Fairgrounds dates back to before there was even a state of Tennessee or a city of Nashville. The Fairgrounds is the largest and last portion of a 640 acre tract of land belonging to Captain John Rains. The land was originally inhabited by Native Americans at that time. John Rains was given the land by the United States as a reward for service to the Revolutionary War.
