Ray Arce “Taco” is a Texas native and U.S. Army veteran who discovered his passion for tattooing while serving in the military. After years of tattooing and a period of personal growth spent as a Buddhist monk, he returned home to New Braunfels, Texas. In 2021, he opened Synthetic Dreams Tattoo Gallery.
