Jacqui is the owner of Lucky Dagger Tattoo in New Orleans, LA. Though from CA, she started tattooing in Saigon, Vietnam and then Phnom Penh, Cambodia. After a few years abroad, she moved back to the US and settled in New Orleans, where she narrowed her focus to bold and traditional/classic tattoos. Outside of tattooing, Jacqui is interested in food access programs, recycling and sustainability, gardening, and sports.
