My name is Howard Neal. I’ve been a professional tattoo artist in central arkansas for 14 years. I graduated from UCA in Conway Arkansas in 2012 with a BA in fine art. I enjoy studying art history and tattoo history. I work heavily as a tattoo artist while also practicing drawing and painting, as well as sculpture and other 3d art. Some of my favorite designs to make are any form of black and grey realism. I also focus heavily on Japanese and Asian style full body tattooing.
