Welcome to Sati Piercing & Fine Jewelry, We are a fully disposable and single use piercing only boutique in the beautiful cave spring community of Roanoke County Virginia. We opened in the area back in 2020 in the Downtown Roanoke area and moved into our current location in January 2023.

With years of experience we offer a safe and positive piercing experience regardless if it is your first piercing or you are adding to your existing body art, we our here to help guide you through your journey
